UV, Solvent, and Eco-Solvent all have manufacturers limited warranties between 2-3 years outdoor, while Aqueous is recommended for interior applications only, and Dye Sublimation is for short term outdoor use.

Vector artwork can be enlarged to any size without degradation; the image will stay clean and crisp. When you enlarge a raster image the resolution will decrease proportionately. If you enlarge an image that is 2'x2' @ 100dpi to 4'x4' the image resolution will now be only 50dpi!
Yes. We have equipment that can properly align both sides of the media to within 1/64" registration.
We work with many file formats, however the best file formats are PSD(Adobe Photoshop), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated Post Script), PDF (Adobe Acrobat), or TIFF (Hi-Resolution TIFF). Mac and PC files are acceptable. Just be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending; or include the PC fonts when uploading.
All color files should be saved in CMYK (US Web Coated Swap2). Black & White files should be provided in Grayscale.
All printers are calibrated to print colors accurately, however in many cases customer monitors are not calibrated to accurately show the color(s) provided. Additionally, exact color matches are not always possible; if colors are critical, please request a color sample, provide a match print for any 4-color imagery or illustrations, and be sure to indicate your request upon ordering. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone once artwork has been approved.
Yes, please include ¼" bleed on all sides of the image. Without this bleed, any minor paper shift during the production process could result in the color and/or design not extending all the way to one or more of the edges.
All output is produced in four color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) plus White for some applications. The intended use of the graphics will dictate which type of ink will be used (UV, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, Aqueous, or Direct Disperse).
The term "bleed" refers to any graphic elements that overlap a document's border. Full bleed printing is the process of printing your artwork on a surface that is slightly larger than the size of the finished product. The excess is then trimmed off, or "cropped," to get the finished product down to its final size.
